The 50-year-old engineer who allegedly fired the shot that killed a teenager following a car parking dispute in Chon Buri has filed a complaint with police against a group of teenagers, accusing them of attacking him. He also filed a complaint against the group of teenagers for allegedly assaulting him, causing injuries. He insisted he fired the shot that killed 17-year-old Nawapol Peungpai in self-defence. Mr Suthep has been charged with premeditated murder and carrying a firearm without a proper reason. "Police are questioning witnesses involved in the incident to ensure justice for both sides," the officer said.
